Apple Pectin

Apple Pectin is a naturally occurring substance (a polyscaccaride) that can be found in apples. Pectin can be also found in many other fruit. When heated with sugar, it makes a thickening characteristic of jellies and jams. It is used to make different kinds of medicines.
